Hi FitStyleBrand readers!! Taylor here, from TayloredFitness and the gal behind @iLikeMyFitnessTaylored, ready to bring you another Macro-Friendly and bikini-body-creating guilt-free sweet treat! That was a mouthful, right?!

i mean first off, who doesn't love sprinkles?!

they just make life better, amen?!

and who doesn't love recipes that are not only  EASY but jam-packed with healthy fats and proteins that help keep you full?!

AND cure that afternoon sweet-tooth?!

winning all around ya'll..

i don't know about you, but some days I am on the GO GO GO, and sometimes neglect prepping my snacks and lunches to grab along the way and end up stopping at 7-11 to grab a snack..

which doesn't lead to good things, ha!

so lately i've been really good about keeping my fridge stocked with grab-and-go filling snacks that i can stick right into my purse and adios!

with these little guys, i keep 2-3 in zip lock baggie, then just grab one of the baggies before i had out and enjoy the sweet treat whenever i'm ready for it.

and guess what?!

there's only a handful of ingredients to make these cuties, and you can do so all in ONE bowl!

hellloooooo easy clean up!!

who's ready for it?!

whatcha need:

2 scoops Slappy Birthday Cake Batter Protein (use code TAYLOR for 10% off)
1/2 cup Coconut Flour (the #1 brand i love and use, and the best $!!)
128 grams Peanut Butter, creamy
1/3 cup Almond Milk
1/2 cup Calorie-Free Syrup (or honey or regular syrup)
1/8 cup Sprinkles *optional*

step 1: in a large mixing bowl, combine your protein powder and coconut flour, then add in your peanut butter, continuing to stir.  pour in your almond milk slowly as you keep stirring, then your syrup.  using a spatula or wooden spoon words best!  keep smooshing (is that a word?) and stirring until it's all well combined and your dough begins to form.  Add in a little extra almond milk if you find it's too dry.

step 2: line a plate with parchment paper, pour your sprinkled into a small bowl, then dig in your dough and roll into 20 small balls.

with each ball, roll it around in your sprinkle of choice (could even do chocolate chips!) and then place on your parchment paper.

step 3: allow to harden slightly in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or simply start enjoying right away!
