GENERAL POLICIES REGARDING ORDERS:
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. We DO NOT honor cancellations of orders after 4 hrs due to our shipping process.
PRE-ORDER items are final sale due to our process of ordering items and stock anticipation.
Orders placed after 11am typically ship the next business day. We do our best to fill and ship orders within 2 business days. Orders placed after hours or on holidays will be counted as being placed the next business day. Orders placed after Friday 11am will typically ship the following Monday. Estimated shipping time applies to the order once shipped. You agree to this policy when placing any order on this site.
*We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items and will not refund or reship any orders lost or stolen item. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier indicated on your shipping confirmation and file a claim.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES GENERAL INFO
We accept returns when email with request within 7 days of delivery date (NO exceptions). Returns must be in UNOPENED/UNUSED condition. Please email Info@FitStyleBrand.com to obtain return approval prior to sending in your return. Returns that are received in used/opened condition will not be eligible for return. Customer may pay to have item shipped back to them, otherwise they will not be returned to the customer.
Please understand that each return or exchange is dealt with on an individual basis and in rare situations restocking fees and charges might apply.
JEWELRY EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange the item upon email request within 7 days of delivery date. The item must be returned in unused, unopened condition and received within 7 days of the email accepting the exchange request.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to Fit Style. Proof of purchase must be included with the item. The item may be exchanged for an item of equal or more value.
If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We do NOT replace or exchange any FREE items.
FIT STYLE JEWELRY 30 DAY WARRANTY
If the item is damaged or becomes broken within the 30 day period, please email a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with how it happened (We need to know for quality control purposes and to improve upon our designs). We would be happy to replace your item for the same item.
FIT STYLE BAG EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will return or exchange the item upon email request within 7 days of delivery date. The item must be returned in NEW, unused, unopened condition (i.e. re-sellable) and received within 7 days of the email accepting the exchange request. A restocking fee of $25 for all bags will be charged at the time of return (non-exchange).
When exchanging a product you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return and with the new item. PLEASE NOTE that original shipping charges are never refundable.
Tupperware, drawstring bag, and ice packs must be in NEW unused, unopened conditions. Tupperware that is open will incur a restocking fee equal to the retail sale value.
If more than 7 days have gone by since the delivery date of your bag, it cannot be returned for REFUND and only is acceptable for exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.

FIT STYLE BAG WARRANTY
We hope you love your Fit Style Bag as much as we do for it’s beauty and quality. Our warranty policy is guided by our principle in both. We offer a 60 day limited warranty on all defects and damages on bags, and a 30 day warranty on all accessories that are not the result of normal wear and tear. All defective items will be replaced with the same item. Items damaged after 60 days are not replaceable. Fit Style reserves the right to determine what is defective and what is normal wear and tear.
FIT STYLE APPAREL EXCHANGE & WARRANTY
Damaged or defective items may be returned for exchange within 10 days of receiving. Email request must be received within the 10 days.
All other exchanges must be sent within 10 days of receiving and in NEW, unworn condition and received in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Fit Style and for shipping fees for the exchanged item. Exchanges are allowed for the same item, different size only.
**We do not accept:**
Returns/exchanges on ANY clearance items or the following:
**Items received with human or animal hair will not qualify for refund or exchange.
**If an item is sent back as a return / exchange and does not have a tag, was worn, or the order was received over 10 days ago we will not issue a store credit or exchange and we will not send the item back.
REP TEAM PACKAGES:
Package items in part or whole are not subject to return/refund/exchange as they are sold together at heavily discounted prices. Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size of the same item. All items are subject to their warranties as described above. Customer is responsible for the shipping fees related to any exchanges.
Refunds (if applicable and written acceptance by Fit Style)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Your refund amount will be less the original shipping cost and the restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items Returned to Fit Style from USPS: If your item is deemed "undeliverable" by the USPS, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to reship the item to another location.
Rerouted Items: When rerouting an already shipped item, you will be responsible for the rerouting shipping fees.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, per our warranty above. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
